I dont mind it after the first couple of weeks, but till then, I hate it, because the days after are excrutiating.

Yeah that's true...once I start up again, it'll be hard for me to walk around work. After a good leg workout, I can barely get upstairs to my room for some rest.

Just did legs. They used to be way stronger, when I was 16-17 I worked for a grocery store and I had to push carts up a hill half the time. It was a pain in the ass but my legs were pretty built.

last night arms.

bicep -
individual dumbbell curls - 35lb's eachX10's
cable pullup bar thing - 130lb's.
curls - 70lb's.

tricep-
cable pushdowns - 150lb'sx10.
tricep press - 180 lb'sx10
there was another one but i forget the name - 170lb'sX10
