last night arms.
bicep -
individual dumbbell curls - 35lb's eachX10's
cable pullup bar thing - 130lb's.
curls - 70lb's.
tricep-
cable pushdowns - 150lb'sx10.
tricep press - 180 lb'sx10
there was another one but i forget the name - 170lb'sX10
