Workout Crew: Back in the Saddle
I have finally been able to get back into the gym after my arm injury, and I must say, it killed me last night.
My muscles wanted to give out after about an hour, so I did a little more work then came home and scarfed on some protein.
I have my goals set to be back to where I want in 12 weeks. That is going to be a superfast turnaround, but I am up for it.
How is everyone else doing?

i went back again after a week break basically. legs seem quite stronger.
legs press last night = 450lb'sX10.
leg extensions = 240 lb'sX10
calve push downs - 210lb'sX10
squats (not pushing it too much) - 190lb'sX10.
tonight is chest and back.

Been working on the woodshop, and working at my sisters house in Baltimore to help her out.
Other than that, same shit, different day.
Swaggs: Sounds good man, you should really try and warm up to it though, I know you want to get back into it but it's not worth it in the long run. Good luck though
