incline press - 130lb'sX6 times - i know i suck at that.
dumb-bell press - 45's each side - 10 times.
back -
seated rows - each arm - 120lb's 10 times
lat pull downs - 160lb's x 8 times.
some other bullshit machine - 120 lb's 10 times.
