I wonder if it's illegal to vomit in public. I'd find that more gross/offensive than piss.

You'd probably get nailed for public intoxication and not vomitting. If you were sick, then shit happens.

If target were to say they didn't wish to pursue the matter any further the DA would most likely drop the case.

I'll have to ask my friend... he got in a fair amount of trouble when some cops found him curled up on the sidewalk next to his own vomit. He actually probably would have gotten off easily if he, after they placed him in the cruiser, hadn't projectile-vomited all over the front seats, steering wheel, and computer h: I think they charged him with everything they could think of

I puked in a cab once. Cab company made me pay $125 for an interior detail. :rofl: that sucked. h:

My friend keeps worryin about the future, and that this misdeameanor is going ot greatly affect his career/job hiring. I keep telling him to not worry, and that its only a misdemeanor, but in truth i have no idea how it will affect it. Anybody have any knowledge on this? He wants to get into the financial field and/or management/marketing.

Misdeameanors don't affect you. Felonies do.
