:werd: I was fat all thru high school, and thru my second year of college. I look the best I have ever in my life, which is cool but I'm not used to looking at a thin me. I'm so self conscious and I'm always second guessing my self when it comes to the ladies. I keep thinking in my head that they won't dig me cause I'm too fat, but I know I'm not fat anymore. Its a battle I'm still trying to win in my head. oh well one of these days.

I have lost 35 lbs since feb. I really don't want to loose anymore but I'm not going to go back to eating unhealthy. I noticed something...when I eat like shit I feel like shit thereafter, so I try not to eat bad. And well, wherever that takes me I don't know.

I'm getting bloodwork soon when I get my physical.... to be safe, since diabetes runs in my family.

I'm back on it again after a short hiatus. Figured out what my previous problems were with results and all.

Doing my lifts Max-OT style and will be supplementing with Protein soon.

I have let you all down.... due to my cutting, I have cut a lot of muscle to watching my diet to close, and not paying attention to my body. Being so busy and not having time to lift will do that.

Now I know what I have to do...

And now, a view from the cardio side.....h:


I'm up to about 3 miles a day. I'm making life interesting by running through fields instead of on the sidewalk. I'm hoping to break out the mountain bike and do some serious riding in the next couple of weeks.
