just doing my usual breakdancing and shit (around 3-4 days of sessioning a week) im starting to curl and work on my biceps to match my chest.

I'm getting back in the mix this week. I'm still smoking moderately, but the cardio is getting easier....I did 3.2 miles on the elipitical last night ending around 35 minutes. But the one thing that pissed me off was this one fucker was taking 10 minute breaks on the squat machine......so I just gave up and left.
