I also always have a yogurt right after I get done working out, to help give my body something to feed on instead of muscle
I use a fat caliper that I bought. I use it often to help keep track.
I am really busy with other things, I am actually at work right now.... Which sucks.. And I have been putting a huge dent in the work for the house. I want to get it ready, and I have about 30 more hours of stuff to do.
I will get to the diet when I can though Brian.
Ah, I don't care, I just want to get some color in most of my body...
