workout squad: Status Update
Since Im doing lacrosse its SOOOO HARDDD to get workouts in. I can maybe get 2-3 in a week. So with me always running Ive lost about 10 pounds. Since my weight flunctuates it is flunctuating from 175-177 vs 185-188 before the season. So I am pretty happy. I am looking thinner throughout the face and chest. But once lax is done Im going to have to find a real nice cardio workout because im thinking its going to be hard to push yourself without that whistle in your ear, ya know?

See I give those people alot of credit for putting an effort to change their bodies, same goes with fat people. On the other hand, if some guy thinks he's Mr. Badass just because he could bench with one 45 on each side...then that's a whole different story

I used to think I was a badass with double plates.... that is all I ever wanted. Hopefully this winter I will get three :yay:

h:My favorite are the guys who stand at the mirror, and do curls by throwing their whole body into it. If you have to swing your whole body to lift a weight, I think you may have picked up something beyond your ability...

My legs are getting tighter...not seeing a difference in my abs yet though :happysad: And i was able to increase everything lastnight..not by much, but it's pretty significant when i can increase anything by even one rep.

The last thing that you will see a difference in is abs.... and diet is the major contributing factor to that....

i know...:happysad: I've been trying so hard to change my eating habits. For 6 years i weighed the same thing nad never had to worry about fat content or calories because i have such a high metobolism...but now thats slowing down and i'm trying to keep it in line before it gets out of hand. I don't have much to work on, but its certainly a lot for someone whos never worked out in their life.
h:I'm pretty conscious about what i eat now and am very slowly gaining self control. I'll get there.
