Since Im doing lacrosse its SOOOO HARDDD to get workouts in. I can maybe get 2-3 in a week. So with me always running Ive lost about 10 pounds. Since my weight flunctuates it is flunctuating from 175-177 vs 185-188 before the season. So I am pretty happy. I am looking thinner throughout the face and chest. But once lax is done Im going to have to find a real nice cardio workout because im thinking its going to be hard to push yourself without that whistle in your ear, ya know?
