I used to be a fatass, I ate whatever I wanted and didn't care. I actually wrote an english essay about being a fatass and what I had to go through when I was little....
It is so different now, I have different diets for different parts of the year. Like now I am taking in about 1100 calories a day, and burning probably 2500.
But this winter I will be taking in about 3500 and burning about 1000.

pb sammich after I run, 280 calories
yogurt at 9, 80 calories
cheese quesadillas at 12, 420 calories
protein shake at 3, 90 calories
cheese quesadillas at 6, 420
protein shake before i go to bed, 90 calories

My body would begin to shut down if I ate that little

And how many grams of protein are you getting with that protein shake? My mix alone has 120 calories for 20 grams of protein, and if I drink it with nonfat milk, then it goes up to 220 calories and 30 grams.

You would be suprised, I drink a whole lot of water with it so that helps a lot.
I get 27 grams with that, and that is taking a half serving, using water to mix.
During cutting I use IsoPure Protein, it tastes horrible, but it is super clean with a lot of protein.
The sacrifices I make not to be a fatass again... taking status pics tonight, I hope the turn out as good as I want them too....
