well I can give you todays meals real quick

pb sammich after I run, 280 calories
yogurt at 9, 80 calories
cheese quesadillas at 12, 420 calories
protein shake at 3, 90 calories
cheese quesadillas at 6, 420
protein shake before i go to bed, 90 calories

1380 calories today, will burn at least 2000 with run this morning, workout tonight, and daily body usage
