still doin the same routine but switching from light/lots of reps to heavy/low reps with no results

Good stuff Andrew. Sparling water is a good substitution to cola. I can live without cola for a while but then all of a sudden I start to crave it. Coke is like crack I tell ya :sad:

A lot of my diets are self made up recipies, some people like them, some don't.

If you are trying to cut down:
Yogurt
Bananas - B-A-N-A-N-A-S
Cheese Quesadillas
Chicken and Cheese Quesadillas
Chicken and Salsa Quesadillas
Boiled Egg Whites
Grilled Chicken Breast
Vegetables (Celery especially)
Protein Shakes (low carb and sugar)
ABB Steel Bars
Sex

If you are trying to bulk:
Peanut butter sammiches
ABB Steel Bars
Grilled Chicken Breast
Vegetables (Celery especially)
MyoPro Protein Shakes
3 egg omeletes with cheese and vegetables
Yogurt
Bananas - B-A-N-A-N-A-S
Sex

Found out I make insane gains if I consume over 200g of protein a day. I also need to work more on my shoulders, but every week I'm able to raise the weights or the reps, so I think I'm making good progress.
