Good stuff Andrew. Sparling water is a good substitution to cola. I can live without cola for a while but then all of a sudden I start to crave it. Coke is like crack I tell ya :sad:

Thanks Chris. Actually if you could give me some more nutrition advice, like tips of some good lunches and snacks that have helped you stay on your program that would be greatly appreciated.
