i just joined the gym last week :happysad:

trying to pack on some weight and get some definition in my upper body. doing a bit of cardio as well.

i know nothing about how i should be eating h:

I'm doing about 4-6days of cardio a week. I'm down to 238 now, from 280 back in october. I'm looking pretty slim now. I'm 6'5, with a linbacker build so 238 is getting slim. I'd be deathly skinny if I ever hit 200lbs. I'm shooting to get to 230lb by the end of June, begining of July.

in workout terms, we call that an oxymoron

with as small as you are, you dont need to do any cardio while you are trying to bulk. Just get your calories and protein, lift hard, get some rest, and let your body do the rest.

you will get a pretty good heart workout doing just weights, notice if you are pushing heavier weights, how much faster your heart will beat when you get done.

And if you were referring to having a lot of heart, that will get you a long way in the gym, you just have to be smart with it.
