yeah, who makes the shirt depends for me.

If it is an off-brand, then usually my arms look normal

If it is Tommy, Ralph Lauren, IZOD then my arms look huge for some reason...

I am doing light weights too and tons of reps. The thing with my body is no matter what type of lifting I do, it responds and packs on muscle. It's a gift and a curse at the same time :happysad:

oh, I hear ya on that. My body reacts the same way. It's just that, I can pack on a ton of muscle within a very short amount of time, so I have to watch it, like you do. I want to see how little I get, before packing on the weight. h:

I'll probably gain 10lbs of muscle by my routine, but once I start on the heavier weights, I'll shoot up in numbers pretty fast :eek3:

I just got some new tommy shirts, and 5 out of 6 make my arms look ginormous to what they actaully are....

My biceps are about 15 1/4 flexed now, but these shirts make them look like they are closer to 17

I would like mine to be about 17, but I think that with my small frame, they would look completely out of place....

im changing my whole routine. im gonna wake up early everyday and go do cardio in the morning now. im tired of being chunks :sad:

They say that tot be well proportioned your biceps, neck and calves should all be the same size. I need to measure myself again.
