oh, I hear ya on that. My body reacts the same way. It's just that, I can pack on a ton of muscle within a very short amount of time, so I have to watch it, like you do. I want to see how little I get, before packing on the weight.

I'll probably gain 10lbs of muscle by my routine, but once I start on the heavier weights, I'll shoot up in numbers pretty fast :eek3:
