There are PLENTY of spas/salons/healthcare clinics here in York and the surrounding towns...the problem is that none of them want to or need to hire someone else, or they want me to have a clientel built up already..which i can't do when i have no where to build my client base.

My sister got away like this in high school. I was working at two places so I could save for college. One was a grease joint and the other place was a newspaper route. When my sister was able to work, she worked for one day at the grease joint and quit - saying she couldn't take it. So of course my parents didn't make her work and bought everything for her.

I'm doing what i can do to give massages out of my home, but i can't go out and advertise myself too much b/c i'm doing it illegally. I can't get busted, so have to stick to friends and family..which i'm doing. It's just that everyone else is just as broke as i am right now.
And again, McDonalds is out of the question. Like i said, i'll go in debt and let my credit get effed up before i'll work there. It's not that I'm too good for it..it's the fact that I'll be puking in people's food. It's disgusting. I refuse to work around food. End of story.
