yea, and they have helped get me interviews, but they've all been no goes. It's a branch campus and is pretty small, i mean there were only 11 people in my class, so they dont have calls pouring in from places who want MTs.

 

Going back to school has been in teh back of my mind also. Problem is i don't know what for.

 

Mandi's a lot different in person than she is on the internet so I have no idea how that's a direct translation.

 

:thinking: malls should be hiring this time of year. maybe you need to wait for the right job that suits you the best, hell if Im not comfortable in a job Id also prefer not to work at all. just wait for someone to call you and dont stop looking :bigok:


BTW youve been real mean to me on here but nice on AIM so im pretty sure your a great person. Anyone can be a prick on the net. oh and I think Dave just got his realtor license too, or he barely took the test :dunno:

 

The mall isnt hiring as much as i thought they would be :dunno: There were only like 5 stores hiring. I'm not going to give up; i can't. I'll find something, i'm sure of it..i'm just sick of this crap.

And I can be a bitch to anyone when i feel the need, but i know the time and place to do so. Most of the time when people think i'm being a bitch on here, it's just me being sarcastic and it's hard for everyone to see that here.

 

how are you doing massages illegally? is it cuz you dont have a permit, or license?

 

I have to have a permit to do it out of my home, and i don't. It's a little expensive for just the application fee, and that doesnt guarantee that iit'll pass. Then i have to wait about 3 months for it to go through the boards and have them decide if they want me giving massages out of my home.

PA doesnt have licensure to be a massage therapist. We're working on it, but right now it's just certification. That alone makes it extremely hard to open a new massage business b/c it's so easy for someone to go on the internet, read some things and call themselves a massage therapist. That's very dangerous.

Right now, i do give my friends and family massages here, but i dont want to expand too far from that because this is a small town and if the wrong person hears that I'm doing it here, i can get a huge ass fine and possibly lose my certification. It has happened before and i dont want to take the risk.
