haha...no I'm 6'4". My goal by the end of summer is to be where I was when I graduated HS, which was around ~220.

Weight: 180
Bench: 125 consitant
Squat: dont know
Dead lift: 25
straight bar curl: 55 consitant

I have no idea what my max is this is just my workout schedule for these lifts. I usually start about 15 pounds under and work my way up. Im just starting football so thats why my dead lift is 25 pounds as im still trying to get the technique down.

At the beginning of Augest I will have some max lifts down though.

Hmm, I haven't maxed out since high school, we did different lifts in the class too, so here are those stats:

Spring of 02:
Weight: 118
Bench : 155
Squat : 235
Power Clean: 185

Never did dead lifting, did power clean instead, can't recall a curling max.

I lifted periodically since the, but haven't for a while now, need to start up again, my muscles have disappeared :wtc:.

I've been working on my abs a lot lately. What about your ab muscccles, whos got the ripped stomach and what's your favorite exercise that helped you get them.
