Hmm, I haven't maxed out since high school, we did different lifts in the class too, so here are those stats:
Spring of 02:
Weight: 118
Bench : 155
Squat : 235
Power Clean: 185
Never did dead lifting, did power clean instead, can't recall a curling max.
I lifted periodically since the, but haven't for a while now, need to start up again, my muscles have disappeared :wtc:.
