), but I've gotten weaker in the past few months from taking accutane:happysad:. I maxed out benchpressing @220 a few years ago when I weighed about 180. I haven't maxed out since then, because a maxoutphobia (I shitted out blood after doing that much, so I don't really max out anymore). Before I started accutane, I was repping 160-180 benchpress, Curling 130-140 reps, shoulder pressing 130-140, and that's about 20-30 lbs more than I was repping the last time I maxed out.

For sure. I know I am capable of a lot more weight and I always have a someone to spot me.

bench: max? dont know. i do 3 sets of 10 reps (45+10)x2 plus bar regularly.
squat: max? dont know. i do 3 sets of 10 reps (45+10)x2 plus bar regularly.
deadlift: no clue.
curls: max? dont know. i do 3 sets of 10 reps of 30lb. dumbbells. regularly.
never tried to do max on anything as i have no spotter and i dont like asking the people in my gym.
any ideas on what routine works best for strength gains?
