Bench: currently 245lbs (down from 275lbs last summer). goal: 3 plates (315lbs)

straight bar Curl: can't do the straight bar because of a nagging wrist injury. i can rep the 100lb broken bar though

i havent maxed out in a while, but i've managed a 90lb dumbell curl on the breacher bench twice and last time I lifted heavy i repped 365 twice.. my shoulder is getting bad though.
oh and I now weigh 190.
I'll vouch for deek being a strong guy.. gotta have those muscles cutting grass and doing landscaping. :fawk:

:thinking: I weigh about 180 lbs. and im pretty built, I mean you can notice it over my clothes and shiet and I cant lift half of what you guys claim to lift!! my arms are bigger than deeks in the pic he posted and my chest area is pretty wide so what am i doing wrong here?? BTW I lift weights to get cut not big but im pretty big!!
