hey i'm glad to hear your swap was a success. i currently have a b18b in my civic sedan, with a manual conversion, i'm undecided on cheap nos, or a custom turbo, but i have been looking more into lsvtec. did you research all the information yourself and had help doing it or did you pay to have it done by someone? what are the lsvtec's limitations? what do you have to beef up before throwing on the head? what intake manifold did you use? and have you heard the rod/stroke ratio dilemma with lsvtecs?

There is alot of info on the swap. You talk to one tech after another and you hear differnt things. The head I used was an 1st gen B16 vtec head. I had to bring pics of what I needed done to the head and **** due to the fact I live in Vermont. The import scene hasnt hit here real big yet. Well there are alot of cars here but the few that due **** to there motor. I am curious to see if the head I used can bolt right up to a crv block to give me the added oil squiters ? That is one thing that is better!!I havent heard anything about the rod/stroke dilema please more info!

Well, first of all, ls vtec is a b18 vtec. If you are referring to b18cs... you just can't get as reliable as stock.

CRV bocks don't have oil squirters. Rod to stroke ratio is the same on b18bs and b20s. And besides, rod to stroke is not something you should worry about.

The p28 can be burned to a p30 its the easier to burn. plus the
single cam ecu does not have knock sensor
