Better is a relative term. As I already mentioned, you don't want a really light flywheel unless you want to eliminate all traction in 1st, 2nd or 3rd gear. Stick with the Type R flywheel just because it is cheaper and only 2 lbs heavier than the streetlite. If you really want a lighter flywheel, I wouldn't go any lighter than the 12lb streetlite you are looking at.

They are 14lbs. The stock GSR is 16lbs. That price is way too high. Search around a little more. You can pick one up much cheaper than that.

GC and Koni are a much better value and outperform the Tein kit. Make sure you know what spring rate you want to run before you order it.

That flywheel should be just fine. There is a difference between cable and hydraulic clutches, so make sure you specify that you want one for a hydraulic transmission.

OH we have hydro tranys? didnt know this.
so the GC and konis are better then tein.......then i go with GC/konis
NOW when we are talking spring rate what does this mean? we talking stiffness or drop. cuz they way i see it is drop=coilover and stiffness=shock
sooooo whats the spring rate do?

Spring rate is the stiffness of the springs. Body roll will be reduced at the cost of comfort with a stiffer spring. You can custom order the gc's with any spring rate Eibach makes. I wouldn't go any more than 500 ft/in because the Koni Yellows can't take a spring rate that stiff for very long without a revalve.
