ACT > Exedy any day of the week. The HDSS ACT kit can handle 241 ft/lbs of torque. If you pair the ACT street disk with an XT pressure plate, it can handle up to 319 ft/lbs of torque, but it will have a 70% stiffer pedal feel compared to the 30% stiffer pedal feel with the HDSS.

ok so the hdss is better? then ill do that. but do they all come in organic?
seems like i could be getting close to 241TQ soon. lets say i have 250TQ. am i gonna burn this thing out? kinda lost on this one
any good sites for the HDSS besides ebay? thats the only place ive seen them for a decent $

ALSO-HDSS has a 6-puck clutch and then theres a HDSS street clutch. is the 6 puck going to grab better? harder to install?

If you are that worried about it, get the XT pressure plate instead. I wouldn't recommend a puck disk for the street because the engagement is very harsh and makes stop and go traffic a nightmare.

I got my HDSS off ebay for $400. That is the best price I could find.

It is a great clutch. The pedal will be a good amount stiffer, but the disk is still a full surface face, so it is very streetable.
