Better is a relative term. As I already mentioned, you don't want a really light flywheel unless you want to eliminate all traction in 1st, 2nd or 3rd gear. Stick with the Type R flywheel just because it is cheaper and only 2 lbs heavier than the streetlite. If you really want a lighter flywheel, I wouldn't go any lighter than the 12lb streetlite you are looking at.
