Spring rate is the stiffness of the springs. Body roll will be reduced at the cost of comfort with a stiffer spring. You can custom order the gc's with any spring rate Eibach makes. I wouldn't go any more than 500 ft/in because the Koni Yellows can't take a spring rate that stiff for very long without a revalve.
