help please..............
i ripped my bumper at a car show the other day and i need to fiberglass it back together...... any have a web page that can help me go in the right direction.......... i know i need fiberglass tape and bondo..... thats all...... how do i get a smooth finish...........
If the bumper cover isn't badly deformed or missing a great deal of material, you could pick up a a plastic welding solvent from pep boys or some place similar (make sure its compatible with the plastic you're welding)
Then with a little filling, sanding, and painting you'll be good as new
You might want to pick up some plastic stock to reinforce the seam from behind
That's how I fixed my front bumper cover after I hit a deer
