If the bumper cover isn't badly deformed or missing a great deal of material, you could pick up a a plastic welding solvent from pep boys or some place similar (make sure its compatible with the plastic you're welding)

Then with a little filling, sanding, and painting you'll be good as new

You might want to pick up some plastic stock to reinforce the seam from behind

That's how I fixed my front bumper cover after I hit a deer
