its just that thet might be hard to get hold of here in the uk.
but now i know what duration and lift i need so i will look for other makes with the same spec.

i dont see it being any harder than getting any other parts from across the pond :dunno:

close to stock. the m22xx has a bit rougher idle because it has two big primary lobs as opposed to the m22x's one.

I was just wondering what difference in power (whp) would there be if i got a b16a2 engine and do what i was planning to do to a b18c4?

just going from the stock hp figures, factoring in a 15% drivetrain power loss...

b16
bhp 160 = 136whp
btq 111= 95wtq

b18c
bhp 170 = 145whp
btq 121 = 103wtq

I am picking up a B18c4(with a LSD box) tomorrow its even got the exhaust manifold attached to it. I payed £200($371) for the lot (bargin!)

(Still need to find wiring loom, but ive got plenty of time to fine one.)
