i mean chroming the inside of the inlet manifold (like in the picture above) after its ported to make it extra smooth.

Another alternative to porting and polishing the intake manifold is to have it extrude honed. If it were me, I wouldn't bother unless you ran out of things to do and wanted to squeeze as much power out of it as possible.

Hondata makes the gasket you speak of. There are other companies that make it as well and it is probably cheaper than Hondata's gasket.

I would replace all the gaskets while the engine was cracked open.

Bearings i have all ready orded. I am getting piston rings today,
What size throttle body would you recomend.
A would it be worth it to get my head skimmed?
