chroming the runners? why would you do that?

you're talking about a heatshield gasket. hondata among many other's makes them.

I think i'm not explaining what i mean properly (sorry)

i mean chroming the inside of the inlet manifold (like in the picture above) after its ported to make it extra smooth.

that is not chromed. it is polished for smooth flow.

I know its not chromed, i just mean, would it be better if it was chromed aswell as polished? so its super smooth.

Hondata makes the gasket you speak of. There are other companies that make it as well and it is probably cheaper than Hondata's gasket.

Another alternative to porting and polishing the intake manifold is to have it extrude honed. If it were me, I wouldn't bother unless you ran out of things to do and wanted to squeeze as much power out of it as possible.

Here is my list of to do's:

B18c4
itr pistons and con rods
skunk 2 stage 2 cams
doubble valve springs
4-1 headder (not sure which one yet)
port and polish
310cc injectors
(i keep on thinking im missing somethin)

Do you have any susgestons on what other things i can do when the engine is appart? (i want to do it right first time)

I would replace all the gaskets while the engine was cracked open.

Bearings i have all ready orded. I am getting piston rings today,
What size throttle body would you recomend.
A would it be worth it to get my head skimmed?
