what was the top hp for the 2nd gen tegs and would custom mounts be needed for installation in a 4th gen civic. Would those mounts work with newer b series engines

I don't know anyone personally who's done it. But I've read on other forums about people doing it.

THe majority of the people say don't try it. it's a hassle...etc, etc.

But if you got the $$ anythings possible.

It's about 85 lbs heavier then a b-series engine so you'll need a good coil-over kit to help counter the weight.

a coil over kit will help you tune the suspension by ride height (adj spring perches)...but with an h22 in an ef chassis you'll need heavier duty springs ~500lbs up front when you'd usually only need ~450lbs

Any B-series engine going into a CRX you'll need a kit.

yes...you can get a dual core radiator for a civic del sol and adapt it to fit on the ef chassis (dual core has much better cooling capacity than stock ef radiators)...however, though in normal driving most people find you don't even need a different radiator
