Everyone seems to talk about a breaker bar... but what exactly does a breaker bar look like??

A breaker bar is simply a bar of metal tubing. You slip it over the end of your wrench, thus making the wrench much longer. With more leverage its much easier to turn bolts that were damn near impossible with your 1' wrench handle.

In terms of what it looks like, its just a bar... could be a shower curtain rod, a chin-up bar, or whatever relatively strong piping you can find that will fit over the end of your wrench.

are you like handicapped? why in the name of god would he need to get the pin out after he pulls the engine? you are never supposed to re-use the roll pin...though many people have and have not had problems, I would much rather go to the hardware store and pick up a brand new one for 20 cents...

The bitch pin, or "spring pin" should ideally be removed with an 8mm pin punch. I couldn't find an 8mm pin punch, at Sears, I bought some SAE pin punches.

A pin punch will have a rounded bump on the business end of the punch, that centers the punch into the pin.

Here is the trick. Once you get it centered on the pin. Hammer it from the top I connected all my 3/8 extensions together (a 12in, and 2 2in.) And just hammered it out from the top. It goes much smoother when you can fully swing the hammer.

This is the replacment part I'm using on my stock D16Y8 : http://www.slhondaparts.com/search.a...=90751-s04-000
