If you have not changed the transmission fluid yet (supposed to do it at 30,000 miles) then that is probobly why your tranny is sluggish.

I'm sure glad they extended this warranty on the transmission. I'm only at 25k on my ride, but its good to know that if anything will happen i'm covered. I've heard so many horror stories about the tranny's in honda's, especially the Accord 6g.

the integra type-r had the best tranny imo
I was being sarcastic. The F20C's transmission is one of the best transmissions ever manufactured. He said Honda is known for crappy trannies, which is actually the exact opposite...they are known for having the best transmissions in the world.

The G3 ITR's tranny was alright, but IMO The S2K, NSX, and RSX-S have better transmissions. I've always found the G3 ITR's tranny to not be quite as good as the other three, I cant't explain why. From what I've read, automotive journalists seem to agree.

From what I've read, the S2K transmissions are weak compared to other sport cars and they do go out a bit earlier than the other cars in its class.

Weak? That is entirely laughable. I own the book "Honda S2000" and the tranny is able to handle twice as much HP as it does. The clutch is double layered, double cone synchros are in 1st, 3rd, and 4th (2nd is triple), it has its own fuel pump, it is in a secondary reduction layout...need I go on? Where the hell did you read it is weak? It can handle a Comptech S/C (340 or so HP@9000 RPM) without tranny mods.
