I have a 95 prelude and im having some electrical problems i have brake lights but no taillights the fuse marked small light under the hood keeps blowing and when i turn my headlights on my wipers go on also its really weird, does anyone have any ideas, or suggestions for me

 

For your taillights, check the bulbs. You have 2 little wires in them. Make sure that one isn't broken, cause if one is, then you need to replace them, or check your fuses for your taillights. Your headlights, make sure there aren't any wires spliced or cut, cause if there is, they may be touching metal causing the fuse to blow
