well... for 4th/5th gen accords w/ the dreaded hub-over-rotor design, doesnt honda have a tool that resurfaces the rotors w/o removing them? I'd guess that it shouldn't cost that much to have them resurfaced rather than pay labor to yank everything apart to replace the rotors.

have you tried retorquing your lug nuts? check the wheel alignment/balance?
