shaking steering wheel

My girlfriend's steering wheel shakes when she slows down on the highway. I think it could be tie rod ends. What do you guys think?

what do mean by slows down... hit the brakes or let off gas w/out braking.

if you hit the brakes my guess it would be rotors.

if she hits the brakes and the car begins to shake ... then it's definately a warped rotor.

if she's driving over 50 and then the car begins to shake, your wheel balance is off.

I think the prob. is the brake not wheel balance.

warped rotors ... get them checked right away because 90% of the time, they can be resurfaced and salvaged. if she waits on them, then they will be warped beyond repair.
