anyways ..i just bought a 2003 accord coupe ex L (auto).. its only at 580 miles .. im waiting for the break in at 600 miles, cuz my neighbor with a 2000 integ type R wants a piece of me.

I beat the living **** out of my old tranny, shifting from 1 to D3. I owneraged it, although that wasn't even the deciding blow. The places that checked my fluids when I changed my oil there kept telling me that my fluids were full. I was traveling around during Spring Break and it started to not shift into the 2nd gear. To make a long story short it was out of ATF and by the time I realized that the damage had been done, it lasted about two more months and I parked it. It was parked for 4 months until I finally got my hands on a new auto tranny. This new one is out of a Civic VTi (D15B), and has LSD :exnbp:. I ownerage .

ok. im back .. its at 600 miles .. i guned it in 1st eccels pretty good.. didnt get a chance to see how fast i hit 60, i was keeping a eye out on redline, but i think it hit it when i first shift to 2nd. About me and the ITR, You got DOUBTs ?! ill reply back on friday.

remove two or three of his spark plugs...then maybe you'll have a shot

 

everyone i know waits till the 1st oil change b4 they rev over 5k. i thrashed the auto in my accord when i was younger... and boy does it slip now... i had it since 28k, until 70k. flooring it, neutral drops, manual shifting really took its toll. just waiting for it to go out to do a manual swap.
i remember i could chirp the tires shifting from 1-2
