everyone i know waits till the 1st oil change b4 they rev over 5k. i thrashed the auto in my accord when i was younger... and boy does it slip now... i had it since 28k, until 70k. flooring it, neutral drops, manual shifting really took its toll. just waiting for it to go out to do a manual swap.
i remember i could chirp the tires shifting from 1-2
