This.
The graphics are just insane, especially with a nice HDTV. Seriously is the best I've ever seen on any console / platform. The transition between CG cutscenes and in-game graphics is almost seamless. Sometimes I'm like, "Wait am I watching another CG cutscene? *examines closer* Oh, nope. That's in-game."
We are some spoiled motherfuckers.

I had problems with Odin at first too. I just went all out on him and cured hope with some potions while having him constantly heal himself. I would also let him die and give him a phoenix down. It boosted the gestation mode up alot.
Had the game for a little while now, but the deal is I have to work 3 hours a night at the house to have 1 hour of gameplay (usually turns into 1.25 though looking for a save point or fighting wise). And my wife is allowed to take it away if she feels like I am not making progress at the house.
I really like some things in the game, but the biggest negative I see is the limited Crystarium. If I want to grind and get better, let me do that. If I want to make all battles tough and not level up, let me do that as well.
Just getting to the point where everything opens up in the game, hoping to start getting some better weapons and leveling up my characters some more.

I found a way to grind a bit before the Odin fight but chose not to. On the ship, though, you can totally grind if you see the pattern. Yes, grinding is boring, but man, I don't want to sit through a massive boss fight and be underpowered.
