Wait till you see the updated pics with a lot of the grading done, it is outstanding. We removed a cherry tree and also pruned up an English walnut, opened the whole back of the house up.

I am working 20 (10 at the normal job) hour days right now trying to do just this. If I could make it go faster I would, believe me.

Here is a teaser. You can see a lot more progress in the house if you look at the pic a little closer. Will have more pics on Sunday, should be a crazy good day tomorrow.

Quick shot of the work from yesterday. Will be starting the back this week, hope to get it all done by the weekend, then get the hardwood and cabinets in. Starting to get some momentum to it now. Will get pics of the interior doors once they are painted and the tile as well.

Yeah, I have done almost all of the work on the whole house. A lot of work, but saved almost 200k by doing it that way.

Plus I know every nook and cranny in the whole house.

RTA Cabinets (http://www.rtacabi.net) will be here in a little while. They called at noon and wanted to deliver but I was still in Motown at work, so I drove down to get everything ready for them.

Need to get the forks on the front of the tractor and get the truck down at the end of the road to get the pallets off the truck.

Should be a couple of evenings assembling them after my brother leaves the house (2100 or so and working till 0100-0130), but need to get the hardwood down first anyway for the base cabinets. Will take pics once they are off the truck.

Here are some quick shots of the cabinets. Did not get to put any together last night because I did not have the right length brad nails. Should get some put together tonight though. Some of the pieces were damaged in shipping, so I will need to get replacements for those.
