I honestly never went for my max just because of the fact i'm at the gym alone and don't have a spotter. It's honestly not that much though. Probably 150-160 i dunno.
So i worked out hella hard at the gym for some odd reason today, trying a bunch of different routines to shake things up. That was almost 3 hours ago. Now for some reason when i walk for a couple minutes I start to get that feeling in my side like i've been jogging forever. I wonder what that is all aboot.
This, I'm going to try to diet starting next week, by dieting I mean cutting out the chips, fries, ice-cream, fried chicken and soda. For the past month that is all I've been eating
