thighs burn during bicycles for sure
it took me a good 2 weeks before i was coordinated to do some of them and actually feel it in my abs, the obliques are still hard to get the right angle, i sit on my side too much, no hips or ass on me so i just fall over if i dont hold just right

its working though so im sticking with it for the moment at least

Ugh, my chest is already sore. I know the rest of the week is going to suck.

It's gonna suck tomorrow. Jello arms ftl. Maybe some protein with creatine before the next chest workout?

I'm no where near hitting the weights hard, but I feel as though I'm going to use some creatine (not much) to lessen the pain and allow that bridge for the aminos.

Nah, I got it from Amazon. Did day 1 last night and felt pretty good till I had to do swim tests today for SCUBA (which sucked to begin with since I'm already certified). I finished no problem but holy hell damn graham cracker turds I'm sore now :hs:

Haven't worked out...new job has been crushin me with the drive time. Hopefully my schedule will be such that I can get in the gym in the afternoons/evenings most days.

Yeah, I'm apprehensive to go on a creatine cycle. I don't wanna get any bigger. I just wanna maintain this size and get really lean. I know it's all diet, but damn..

I'm trying to figure out why my chest is so burnt out and the only thing I did different was a set of 5 negatives at each interval (past failure).

Having the assisted reps is where that deep burn really comes into play.
