speaking of golf. i just played 18 .. well, 16 .. of disc golf. it was so spread out we missed two h:

must've walked over two miles, it was the hardest course i've played :hs:

arm hurts a lil' bit.

still to wet to play here, but i cant wait to get back out there
need to pick up one new fairway disc for the season, but i have the rest covered
i wear a wristband over my elbow to keep my arm from getting sore, tennis elbow ftl h:

i just got my first two discs yesterday. both innvova's, a distance driver and a putter/aproach.

i played a couple times last summer, played three times so far this season. getting better :hs: this course had water behind holes and shit, we skipped the first one because we didn't want to lose our new discs on the first hole h:

nice, what discs?
getting the right speed disc for your driver makes learning a whole lot easier, but sticking to a disc and learning how it works is better than switching it up all the time

backhand or forehand?

i havent been able to beat my record of 4 years ago at the local course, this summer it WILL happen


back to workout, been super busy doing floors at my parents house, but still doing ab ripper x 3 times a week, need to get back into pushups/pullups and weights though

My ENTIRE body hurts. ugh. did a HEAVY chest workout today. I'm officially toast. I need an off day. Maybe I'll jog tomorrow.

Getting back into it, I only have some dumbbells and a curl bar though.

I think I'm going to buy a bench.
