How Secure is Your Job?
Not secure at all.
I'm a professional musician. My job gets less secure by the day unfortunately. It is very dependent on the economy.
The audience size at Tucson Symphony Orchestra concerts recently has been really sparse. Makes me nervous since I just got this job in May.

I'm pretty secure in my role as lay about unless my wife decides it's time for me to get my ass back to work...

If I get laid off I don't think I'm sticking in the IT field. I want a job where I go home "done" for the day. I hate being attached to a digital leash and stressing about projects and meeting deadlines. Just something that pays the bills and I enjoy doing. I don't need to impress anyone.

h: Life is too short.I've been feeling the same way but, the IT field just pays so damn well.
True Story. My bro is Director of Marketing for a small web design company and pockets 10% of each contract. And he landed big projects with places like Wendy's, Nike. He needs to "hook a brother up".
