The way I look at it is this...I am not fond of Jeeps in general (been there done that) but I know enough about them to know which parts I would put under one and in general how to repair one or diagnose one to a certain degree. this helps me on the trail if someone has broken down or at a friends house while trying to fix their rig.

It is the same principal.
Stop being such an argumentative cock. I said why would I know, not why should I know. He said that he thought "everyone knew" about GM and pennzoil MT fluid. I was curious as to where that assertion came from

I wasn't being argumentative and I certainly did not call you names. Not sure why you feel the need to call names like some second grader but maybe if you could point out where exactly I was being argumentative I would conceed to your name calling. As far as I can tell I said nothing to incite an argument, just simply pointing out why a broad knowledge of other products helps which was part of answering your question as to why you would know about that product.

Negative, I have this thing called "torque". Engine doesn't lug until around 850RPM.

And I don't accelerate in 6th at 35, that'd take forever it's a cruising gear.

if anything you would have that backwards

GM makes nothing, AC Delco makes nothing, Ford makes nothing, Chrysler makes nothing....

its all third party branded. and i'll say it again, i'd never knowingly put a penzoil product in my vehicle....
