I feel like I've put on some mass and I'm definitely getting stronger. My weight is still the same though

Eat more, lift harder. Less reps, more weight, more sets.

Doing that. I'm doing 3-4 sets with 4-6 reps each. I am noticing strength gains and some size gains but weight is staying put. I do need to eat more. Just need to get better ways to do it i.e. keep things changing so I dont get tired of the same food over and over again

You're burning fat too. Unless you're eating a ton of calories, it's hard to put on good weight.

I know. I've been eating better and only been working out twice a week so I think my fat burning has gone down some

When I was lifting hard, I was getting bigger and way stronger and not putting on weight.
