I just weighed myself post meal and I'm at 194 lbs I'm usually between 182-186. Only other thing I can think of is I'm wearing jeans rather than my workout pants:dunno: 194 is high for me but that cant be all in my stomach

I've dropped some weight. Try to get nice and cut again. I'm 210 naked now... so thats pretty good.

Weigh yourself in the morning, I bet you lose at least 6lbs

Shoulder shrugged 235x4 tonight, lost grip...need wrist straps h:

probably. I weighed myself in shorts and flip flops afterward and I was down to 188 which is closer to normal. thanks for the bode in confidence though

I just weighed myself, an hour and a half after protein shake, 2.5 hrs after dinner...and I still weighed a good 5-6lbs more than my normal weight.
